I had a very unfortunate experience with another company - Evan’s Appliance Repair/Appliance Pro - who improperly installed my dryer causing a gas leak and jeopardizing my family’s safety. They also caused significant damage to the appliance itself. They refused to acknowledge or fix the issue. I called Marco. He showed up the next day, explained the problem in detail and more importantly, fixed everything with extreme detail and care. His prices were reasonable and his work was extremely professional. Marco was absolutely fantastic. My LG washer was not spinning correctly, I had called other companies telling them my issue and they all told me the price to come out to my home with a week out appointment time. Macro told me how to self fix it first to see if that resolved the issue before scheduling a repair appointment. It fixes the problem. This is what I called an honest help repair technician, not someone looking to take your money. He was also going to see if someone was available in the meantime to come out. 5 stars in my book. Pretty good appliances for them to be used. Brought an upright deep freezer a few years ago(5yrs) and still working like brand new, went back today and bought a refrigerator. So far so good.
