this is my fifth day to reach someone at 7 german town road facility to fix an appointment for my test. Still unable to reach a living body. Can someone help me how to navigate this most customer unfriendly and useless prerecorded voice mails.

All I do is go online to Quest and make my Appointment you can pick your day and time that is good for you

I have been trying to navigate through the long pre-recorded message to simply ask for my lab results to be faxed to my primary physician. I cannot get through! How can we call and actually speak to someone?
