Horrible experience, I've been working with patients for 17 years plus... is hard to realize that not everyone is passionate about what they do... my suggestion is that the front office at this location needs to be either retrained or removed from this site... our patients from the Bridgeport area deserve to be treated equally with respect, compassion, assistance, understanding and direction... NOT to be Disrespect in no way or mistreated... it happened to me today I just can't imagine how they treat the patients... and to whoever reads and replies back to this reviews don't just apologize it's not your fault, but please do something to better the costumer service at this location... remember, patients also keep a business running...

Quick and easy making the appt to being seen once I arrived to the center... The woman who took my blood was very good at her job distracting me it made me feel more at ease lol ... Thank you
