We've been working with EHC for about six months. We live 1000 miles away and need to manage my mom's 24 hr care remotely. EHC was able to set up interviews for me while I planned to be in Connecticut and we were able to get a care-giver in place before we left to return home. Although we have had to make two changes and are on our 3rd carer, each time it was managed well and handled efficiently (either through FaceTime or phone calls) with no lapse in care. EHC has excellent office support - my case-worker is Jennifer - who checks in regularly and assists with any and all issues. She is available weekends/holidays - whenever I need her. EHC has been extremely helpful to us by eliminating/reducing much of the stress associated with this difficult transition that may become necessary for elderly loved ones. Euro Homecare is professional and has lots of experience.
