Been customer for 16 years,and been to all the different stores around and I will honestly say they are commission based. Know that going in,and they can only go so far as salespeople. Your best option is to call 611 if you have any issues, I have a team of US based support. It's same 6 or so people every time. They're customer support on phone is top notch. I handle 99% of my service through them. In store experience will always be different. But remember, they are trying to make a living too so try to understand where they're coming from.Tmobile as a company is 5 star. NEVER had any issues with them.

We got a watch with T-Mobile that's $5 a month. I'm not sure if Apple is the same, but I imagine they are in the ballpark.
Service it's slow I went 3 times for the same problem and I got 3 different answers from 3 diffrent people. and is always 1 person working
