I took my girl Bella here because I thought she had a UTI after having constant accidents in the house which was very unlike her. Turns out she had diabetes. I was there at least every other week since diagnosis in February and money is tight for me, but they never turned me away knowing that I may not have all the money upfront. I was able to make it work, but they still gave me discounts and proved that they weren’t just trying to make money off of her illness, they did everything to treat her. And the way the staff handled her, they were so loving and kind to her, holding her and telling her what a good girl she was. Her status unexpectedly changed one day and I rushed her in and unfortunately it was her time. I wasn’t even charged an emergency visit. They saw how terribly devastated I was and gave me as much time as I wanted saying my goodbyes to her, let me come in and stay with her the entire time, and even allowed me to call a family member to come and say their goodbyes with me. They assured me we’d exhausted all options and the humane thing to do was to make her comfortable. They could have easily charged me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars to keep her for observation and keep her stable, but that wouldn’t be fair to her as she was uncomfortable. When it was done, they didn’t even ask for payment and just said I can take a few days and pay when I was ready or I could wait until I picked her up. They coordinated 100% of her cremation service as well through Regency/Inserv. I was too distraught and heartbroken so they must have picked everything out for me and when I picked her up, I was SO thrilled with the picture frame box with her ashes and her paw print. They even sent me a personalized sympathy card in the mail. Now, I will not take my other dog anywhere else.

I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else! The staff is absolutely amazing, and care for your fur babies with love and respect. Our dog Rocco who crossed the rainbow bridge actually enjoyed going to his Doggie Dr...and when he passed the compassion they showed was second to none! After7 years we are adopting another little fur baby and like Rocco he will be going to Watertown Animal Hospital for all of his care! Highly recommend!

I will not be going here because I cannot accompany my dog inside. I do not trust the vet techs, I do not know them. I might as well be taking her to PetSmart. Very disappointed in the pricing, the pet care and the attitudes.

I'm very satisfied with this vet and have been bringing all my cats there. The costs for services are reasonable. I agree it will be around the $130 cost. Stool sample usually only when issues are going on that lab work need to be done.
