What a horrible job. The bud was overdried. Probably.because there was mold growing on it when it was harvested. Don't waist your money here. Find a small local grower that kn0ws what there doing and support them. That is the best way to build your comunities. get rid of the corporate goons.

the flowers are dry. I put Small piece of Bread in with buds. and it will fix the dry bud problem! But the growers are over drying it. also I find when I purchase regular flowers I get what seems to be a jar of Second cut. or atleast half of each. also as soon as i find a strain I like. it is gone, and replaced.

as a med patient I explained to theraplant their flower/prerolls of their strains were so dried out the product was unusable. this year i bought oz's from them of a strain that ended up so dry i had to rehydrate it myslef 1g at a time basically useless product and i never complained about it. Now I try a new strain and theres no seal on it when opened and the same with multiple of the containers compred to others which have a peel iff seal, this is the same type of defect they had a year ago with seals not being on correctly. when they couldnt seal the comtainers about 12 months ago. i havent talked to them sense for atleast 12 months. they used to have good customer service. i got a nightmare. they convinced the pharmacist at my dispensary that i constantly return items asking for return or something insane when ive returned strains 2 times in the last 2 years??? when the new issue with the containers having no seal on them, I tried calling, emailing, and filling out their product form with no results on this product. so i wait and wait and nothing and the product is prescribed for seizures and i heard no response so i had to use some of the product . after no response on monday, finally on tuesday over a week later my pharmacist at fine fettle tells me theraplant approved my return, when i finally go to make the approved return, the pharmacist tells me there is nothing, no product left so no return. yet... ive been at home using this "nothing" and this "nothing" is preventing my seizures and will for the next couple days.... Yet theraplant thinks im a theft because I dont want to have seizures while waiting on them? (they never would have returned my emails or calls) if theraplant had it their way, Id have seizures over that weekend before tuesday so they can have things "their way" and then convince my pharmacist to be their little pawn. all over a 28$ product, theraplant doesnt realize that it could be life or death for some of us patients, and to lie to patients and the public and be deceptive about things and turn patient's pharmacists against patients, only care about the $$. they convinced my own pharmacist against me and caused me myself alot of distress.
