Food is good! But employees are better! I called and asked for a favor, to have them write some puns on the inside of a pizza box. The pizza was ordered to the home of my favorite person and I wanted to cheer up his day. They went above and BEYOND. Everyone helped make it special. I would post a pic of the puns, but there were some signatures and I’d rather not get anyone in any potential trouble lol They really do listen to you. Give them all a raise

Why don't your hours match on phone vs store vs Google? Why do you always bake a hair into the pizza? I don't care if I order 10 mins before you close the lobby, please cut my pizza into slices!!!

Ordered a pizza, got the wrong one, refuse to fix it since it was an online order. Tried to place the order previously but the call center was having problems and could not place order. So could be put on hold or order online. I chose wrong. Decided to have Pap John's after close to 10 years of not. Looks like I am never having it again. Incorrect pizza is in the trash, just like their customer service and how easy it is to order.

I have ordered about once a month here for five years. We usually spend a decent amount of money because we're feeding five people. Over the years, this has easily been hundreds of dollars. A while back, the store made a pizza incorrectly, and I was issued a credit. Because this credit can only be used by calling into the store, I had forgotten about it for a few months, because we usually order online. When I called the store today to inquire about the credit, the person who answered the phone demanded to know who I spoke to. I told them I wasn't aware I needed that information. They said that they needed a name to confirm my, "story." When I mentioned there were other places to order from that may have better customer service, they hung up. Don't go here. There are more professional businesses that understand basic customer service principles. As stated above, I have been a repeat customer for years. They won't get any more of my money.
