Dr. Freeman is Best Chiropractictor ever. I have followed him for more than 20 yrs. I even drive 4 hrs just to get the best adjustment.

Love this place. I literally drive an hour to come here and pass 25 other chiropractors

This was their response on Google to my review from another account. Since I can't respond, I'll just give another 1 star review and respond this way. To be super clear, there were 8 people waiting, because they were late. I was also the first person in line. Isn't the whole premise of this place first come first serve? The responder even indicates they don't do appointments...not that I could have made one anyway since they weren't there when they were supposed to be. I'm sure it was too late to get another doctor in 5 hours earlier, but it wasn't too late to post something on Facebook, or print a sign to put on the door so people aren't waiting in pain for over an hour for nothing. It's never to late to provide good customer service. I got met with a dismissive bad attitude immediately. I literally just walked in, said hello, and let them know I was new before getting a snide response. I'm starting to think the receptionist and the person responding to Google reviews is the same person. Leaving early...okay, would have been great to find out about needing an appointment earlier and/or being able to go ahead and at least grab intake paperwork, but I can deal. Getting back late...life happens. You could have gone to one of the restaurants in the same building since you knew traffic was bad and you were short-handed, but that isn't going make me tap out. A doctor calling out and being busy. I'll have grace for that always. Poor, inconsiderate communication with patients in pain, a snotty attitude, and then a dismissive response... that's what does it for me. Hard pass.

Hello, my name Is John Abdellmelk and I am 19. I had went there in late July for what I thought was tightness in under my thigh but when I had gone there and gotten treatment the chiropractor I had used very rough movements and a max setting with a theragun. I was barely able to walk out the store and drive home, and could not get out of bed for 2 ½ weeks, I had to go to urgent care and get pyshical therapy and It ended up being a sciatic nerve. I am not mad but please do your job and for future patients please be careful.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
All of our doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic with the years of experience needed in order to best serve you, and perform recommended adjustments.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
