Walmart Vision & Glasses

I went in there as polite as possible, was told they don't take my insurance. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY P.D (distance between pupils) when they've done it for other people. Clearly they want u to buy from them. The old woman that helped me(short lady with short blonde curly hair) was actually rude. Asked her what frame might fit and she proceeded to call me a fat head and that I need such and such. That's not the way I prefer to conduct business and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also their selection of glasses frames are terrible. I immediately went to Salem optical and was treated with the utmost kindness and had such a pleasant experience.

I just went to order my prescription glasses and i take the exame there Because i went 15 minutes before lunch they told me that I have to come back at 2 pm Its how lost customers I don’t recommend it any more

I wanted to use the frames that I got there from an earlier visit...they said that I could not,but they said I could buy new ones...I think I am finally done with Walmart

Called them because my vision insurance listed them as a provider. She quickly told me no, hadn't heard of them (didn't take the time to check). I asked for the number for the University location, she said no I don't have it. I laughed and hung up. I think I was bothering her and she just wanted me off the phone. Go somewhere else. Edit: Recently (Nov. 2020) went to the University vision care center, where they immediately took my insurance and had my glasses ready in 3 days. Took time with me and were very personable. So go there instead.
