I have been trying for days to get someone on the phone to discuss a mistakenly missed payment. I am transferred to "specialist " and never actually speak to anyone . Each call 45 minutes to and hour. 3 or 4 different people and never any actual help. Still trying to get someone. Even left my name and number and noone has returned my call.

No, Truliant is a Credit Union and is insured by NCUA which insures in the same manner as FDIC does for banks.
Yes, however there might be a $2.50 fee. They might not charge since its a credit union account.
