Managers very polite. All utilities are included and they even have a shower and restroom hard structure. Love staying here when I am passing through.

We prepaid 3 months. At the end of the original 3 months we were inform d that the bathrooms were a privlige not something they have to supply.theres no wifi,no pool,no soda or snack machines,the laundry mat is a joke 2 machines that so so work.and 2 dryers that well you would have better luck hang drying your stuff.also the grounds man has an issue with sneaking around the r.vs and peeking in windows and ease drops. There are puncher weeds all over the place. It's quiet if you can ignore the highway noise. The park below is very pleasent. And Wednesdays they have farmers market. It's a nice place just not very friendly.

In the winter the landlord does not do snow removal appropriately. There’s a fire hazard along the highway that she does not addressed. The lawns are not mowed. Go first take over and the landlord does not address. The neighbors are great. I enjoy living there however, It is an embarrassment when you have company.

I have stayed here all summer for 2 years now (winter in az) and I love It! Nice n shady, elec. Included in rent, basic cable, nobody bothers you. Some of the people live here full time, friendly and nice. The highway is loud, but with a/c the windows are closed n you get used to it. Beautiful view of Blue Mountains, nice for dogs n cats too.

They have restrooms with showers. But the womens was the nastiest one ive ever seen. Was not used by anyone. I saw one guy using the mens. Maybe it isnt as bad? Dont know about tent spots. But the place is swarming with earwigs. I would not sleep in a tent there. We had a empty lunch cooler that literally had hundreds of them in it. Freaked us out.

$200. A month plus you pay electric ours was 40. Last month for a 26 foot trailer. There is a for rent sign out front so i assume there is a spot open.
