Office people are EXTREMELY rude. Will decide if they want to take your payment or not! Paying online there is an extra 30 dollar charge. Property constantly being vandalized by teens and nothing done. Numerous cars egged on numerous occasions. Power CONSTANTLY goes out for no apparent reason. Trash is ALWAYS nasty and covered in trash. Pool is CONSTANTLY shut down! Absolutely not worth your time or money!

PROS: Maintenance do what they can to keep up with everything. Pool and the Playground are nice and great for children. Haven't used the gym but looks decent. In a decent location. Close to US1 and the growing Tramway area. CONS: Like any other apartment complex, EXPECT a few horrible neighbors that blast loud music with maxed out bass. Asking to them to turn it down is useless, and will basically get nowhere. Also parking is a nightmare, if you get home late, good luck finding a spot. Trash laying around. Also got to love finding used condoms laying around on the sidewalks. Couple drug dealers here as well. (Seen coke get sold and a few syringes laying around near dumpsters). Overall the Apartment Complex is not terrible, but I would pass.

I've lived at Ryder down for a year and anytime any thing needs fixing or I put a maintenance request in their here within a day they're very respectful

I had an emergency happen at my apartment at 12 a night! I called the emergency line and I got a response back within 2 minutes! Not only did maintenance respond they called all throughout the night to check on me and got here as soon as they could! The maintenance team goes above and behind to please residence! So does the office staff. I told them not to come until morning being that it was to late and they showed up anyway with a great attitude and fixed my issue and took extended time doing it! I’m so blessed to be apart of Ryders Down! Beautiful apartments and great quality is always provided!
