The only part of our experience that we enjoyed was the actual movie. This place was disgusting. The counter tops, drink stations, and floors throughout the entire building were littered with popcorn and trash. I totally understand that weekends are busy and they are very clearly understaffed, but there is no excuse for the condition of this theater. The staff was not friendly, the popcorn was not fresh, and the bathrooms were neglected. I will not return to this theater. There are many others in the area that show pride in the way they operate. This one is just sad.

I saw Dr. Strange in theater 12 this Monday. The chairs were super comfortable, although some of them don’t work. The movie was great, we got popcorn and a drink. Through out the movie we heard scampering that sounded like it was coming from the ceiling or air ducts? I don’t know if it was squirrels or rats but it made my skin crawl! It happened several times through out the movie. I let a worker know on our way out. Overall a good experience expect for the ‘?rats?’ having a party in the air duct.

The theater was absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere on floor and in seats. The trash can was overflowing. I was floored. I have never seen a theater in such a condition and it was a matinee!! I let them know at concession stand and one of the workers, after inspecting the theater, said "it isn't even that bad!" Wow.

Very quick entry and able to purchase tickets and food online. Minimal staff and no one checked our tickets nor did it state where to go. Free parking available but it’s minimal.

18, unless accompanied by an adult...
No, that was when the theatre was Carmike... it hasn't been ovation club in years. The theatre and recliners are still there, but no dining or seat reservation.
Northgate 14 needs to replace their seats. TERRIBLE!
It could be that they haven't planned showings that far in advance, but most likely it is because they are only playing that one movie because it is very popular.
R rated... Depends how old you look
Park in the parking deck on 3rd St and get your parking stub stamped at the theater then parking is free. Any lot is paid parking by Republic Parking. Street parking is paid unless it's Sunday or after 6pm.
Yes

Usually open at 11:00 a.m. and the last showing is usually at 9:00 p.m.
