I will never forget the lack of service and compassion I received from Rudy Lea himself. My family and I had only been in NC for 2yrs when my mother passed suddenly. Lea can highly recommended. So when my sisters and I met with Mr. Lea, he had no empathy or compassion and showed no sorrow for our loss. We expressed to Mr. Lea that we were waiting for the insurance money and things, (my mother just passed a day before our meeting) his EXACT words "If you don't have my money, I cannot help you" and he kindly escorted my sisters and me out of his establishment. He was meeting my family at the worst moment of our lives and all he cared about was padding his pockets. The absolute WORST experience of my life. I will never use this establishment. I understand it's a business, and it boils down to money, but you don't have to make your motive so blatant.

Hello- If you are planning to send your loved one here, please avoid Mr. Prince. If the funeral home insist upon assigning you to Mr. Prince, take your business elsewhere. Thankfully, between Patrick and Jackie, they fixed up (what they could because Mr. Prince messed up a lot) what they could. Mr. Prince was completely unreasonable. While this set up was unique to him (buried both mom and grandma because they passed on the same day), He lied to both myself and stepdad on the date of when to have the actually the service in the sanctuary. Then he would not even allow us to choose, he was forcing us to change the date, after we told our family the date of the funeral, and after we signed the contract to pay, over $10,000 for both my mom and grandma. He kept loosing information we have provided him multiple times, he kept misplacing information, to the point the funeral home kept emailing us asking us the same information Mr. Prince was asking us; after we talked about the hairstylist for my mom, he almost didn’t budge on the time (because the stylist does have a full time job). There are a host of things to discuss about how unprofessional Mr. Prince was with us, but I will not for my sweet mom and grandma are in a better place. Much Thanks to Patrick and Jackie (and the other drivers). Mr. Prince lacks compassion, and I do pray, that one day, the company works with him to understanding the importance of compassion. But as I mentioned, if forced to work with Mr. Prince, either request someone else or go somewhere else.

Great and professional services during the home going of our brother and daddy, Ricky Johnson. I strongly and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a professional and peaceful transition.
