I don't know why you all will not reimburse me and/or even respond to all of my emails. I bought a gear for our meat grinder on the 16th and paid immediately. I also paid $19.41 for next day delivery. Will not respond to emails !!!! Kept my money.

Why will you not ship my item. I paid immediately and additional $19.41 for next day delivery. That was on Dec. 16th. I have sent many emails and just totally ignore me as a buyer.
Everyone be aware of this seller. They cheated me !!!!!!!

Unfortunately your machine is older than 10 years old Cuisinart parts are not interchangeable at this time you could try calling Cuisinart give me them there model number and serial number the machine and maybe they'll tell you the exact part that you need with item number
