Nice recreation area, beautiful lake, good place to fish. Can be a little crowded but there are dock/pier and bank fishing spots and there seems to be plenty of fish to catch.

At one point they were, the ramp was completely submerged and severely damaged but I believe they have been repaired or replaced.
As far as I know, no. Last I saw the Pier was broken and You couldn't even access it due to the flooding.
You need a fishing license. You can get them at Walmart or any sporting goods store.
