If you’re seeking help for depression, anxiety, or sleeping problems, research the benefits of a Fitbit 5 first before coming here. I found 10x more value in my Fitbit in a week than I have in almost 10 appointments at Saranga. Also, they do not care how you’re doing, they just want your money. I told one of the doctors I had slept all day after going on the new meds prescribed (3 days after having them prescribed) and the only way I could talk to him was if I scheduled another $175 appointment. My problem became worse after meeting with the doc but was expected to dish out another $175 to potentially not fix it? As a business owner myself, I can respect someone’s time but not if you can’t take 5-10 minutes of your own time to discuss my problems after they were made worse.

I highly recommend Saranga Comprehensive Psychiatrist especially Dr. Reshmi!! I have been with her for 3-4 years now, she is very understanding with good advice. She pushes me to better my life and achieve my life goals. Nicole (the lady at the front desk) is always sweet and welcoming!! They also have an app called Spruce, you can download to communicate with them which makes it extremely easy to get ahold of the doctor if you need to.

Once I familiarized myself with the best and most confidential way to communicate with the office, it has become even easier to schedule or ask questions.
