Not too friendly. I called and spoke to a receptionist about the grooming salon in the building and she wasn't helpful at all. She took my name down and told me she was going to relay the message to the groomer to call me back, and never heard from them again. She sounded like I was bothering her. Not too nice!!

They are prompt, very friendly to the animals and their customers. They take time to explain things and answer all your questions.

When you order medicine online not from this hospital, they will not reply to them. So that you have to go there again to pick up a hardcopy of the prescription and then mail to the seller. It's very inconvenient. I would not go there at the first place if I know this.

Even through the new procedures brought on by Covid, a thorough exam and communication with the vet were done with ease. Above all, care for the animals was the number one priority.
