Having a store where you can't actually go in and buy something seems to defeat the purpose.

This is one of the busiest of the Verizon stores in the area but they have exceptional service. Very patient, thorough, and accommodating. I was able to fully understand the cost and details of upgrading to a new iPhone. Also, everything was broken down clearly and the hands on support was great. I went on a Saturday midday busiest time and had no issues. Chelsee was my rep and she did an amazing job! I was a bit worried at first about getting the run around at the store but it was a total opposite experience.

Very disappointed, came in to upgrade phone. Was met by lady. First question do you have an appointment? I replied no. This was on a Thursday. She said we can get you in on Saturday. I said that's fine I will go through website. My issue was there was 5 Sales people there not one helping anyone. Just standing around shooting the breeze. Very poor customer service. I set an appointment the next day/Friday with company store on Six Forks. Walked in was greeted. I was 20 minutes early. I saw other Customers come in without an appointment and they welcomed each of them and addressed their needs. One Customer her phone would not make calls. The Sales person would go back and forth in-between appointment customer and found a setting was off. Took all of 2 minutes. Eve was awesome, I know exactly what I wanted and I was there 15 minutes. I will continue to go across town to Six Forks for my Verizon needs. I have bought last two phones from them now.

We called Verizon on Saturday to upgrade my phone. The first person we spoke to never finished the order. We had to call back and speak to another person and spend more time on the phone. We went to the Cary NC store to pick up the new phone and immediately it won't intialize. The store manager (Dupri) was helping us and everyone else in the store. In some aspects it was kinda rude to ignore what he was working on, to help his incompetent employees. We spent over two hours in the store to only be told that it was a network problem and SHOULD resolve itself at midnight. Around 930 Sunday evening the phone intialized but said that it could only make emergency calls. I went back to the store around 1100 Am on Monday and spoke with Justin. He called customer support and they tried for another hour to get the phone to work. Again nothing changed. The gentleman that we spoke to said that he'd get on it and call when it was resolved, he or Justin never called. We called Verizon back and all they could tell us was that it is a network problem and noone could fix it. We even spoke with a supposed supervisor who was no help at all. We were then sent to tech support and that gentleman kept doing the same thing expecting a different result but it STILL doesn't make or receive phone calls. Now a ticket has been sent to the engineering section with the expected response time of maybe with in the next 48 hours. So I get to be without a fully functional brand new phone until someone can figure out how to fix their problem . I knew from the beginning I should have dropped Verizon and went with someone else. The only compensation that they have been willing to offer is to refund the activation fee. I think that they should do a whole bunch more than that. I've called Verizon in the past about very poor phone connection, tech support person confirmed that there was a problem with the system in our area. But no repair has ever been done because the only way we can use our phones in the house is to use wireless calling connection. I should really just go with another carrier but the grass isn't always greener.

You would need to call to find out.

Is there any way that I can retrieve deleted messages on my IPHONE4? Or could I retrieve current deleted messages? I deleted some messages not long ago that I wanted to keep? Thanks for your help with this matter.

The best I believe is that the cell phone companies must keep deleted messages for a period of time. Most likely because of legal reasons. If you contact your provider, perhaps they can help you.
