Little local news besides council members calling each other names... but never info on their discussions or why. Primary focus is articles that are actually ads for bad restaurants. Very little "news" and nothing remotely investigative.

It was a better newspaper, say 25 years ago. Then, like everything else in this city , it went to SCHEISS. So sad. Now the only thing it's good for is to wrap fish in it. ,,,,,,😎

Delivery of my paper missed several times in the past two months. No paper replaced. I called twice and left messages but have yet to receive a response! I saw that there is now a new head for the Fayetteville Observer. I hope she can improve (1) delivery of my paid copy of the paper seven days a week, (2) have a person actually ANSWER your phone when we, your paying subscribers, call you, (3) have someone respond to a message left., (4) follow-up on delivery issue calls , not ignore them! I've called several times, left message about undelivered paper and still not received a response call. What's going on? The Fayetteville Observer used to be reliable!!! I'm seriously considering canceling my long held subscription!

I've called trying to get recycle paper for my pet Rabbit... They don't return calls. Good luck trying to contact someone
Call and ask for the circulation manager.
You can subscribe to their online digital edition at a much lower cost. Or use other real estate services.
