They have always done a great job with our clothes. Love that it is drive up. My only complaint is the drive up lanes are not clearly marked which is the entrance/exit. And they get very angry if you pull in the wrong direction on accident.

I love the ease of drop off and pick up...I don't even get out of my car. No problems so far with my laundry or dry cleaning.
