I brought in a functioning airsoft gun for upgrades, I received the rifle back in a non-functioning state. After submitting it back to the techs for corrective action, it remained non-functioning after the gun was worked on. This process occurred two more times, and over the course of about 45 days. I ended up cutting my losses and taking my rifle back, in its inoperable state. The staff is amicable and seem to want to do the right thing. The building is poorly managed and unorganized which lead to mass confusion with the staff and myself. I do not recommend doing business at this establishment.

Hands down some of the best airsoft repairs have come out of this store!! The Tech is incredible knowlegable,and patient, he's passionate about repairs and is honest too I highly recommend taking your gear here to get repaired !!! Also the selection In thr store is epic best airaoft place around!!

Some friends and I were looking to get into the hobby and ended up here. They had multiple options for us to look at, and the staff was awesome. The guy that was working very patiently answered all of our many, many questions. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible service, waited 15 minutes for the guy in the store to acknowledge me as he talked with friend then he was absolutely no help whatsoever. Do not come here it looks nothing like the pictures.there were 4 guns on the wall and not the multitude you see in the pictures with a few tables of old assorted parts. do not come here its a waste of time

We can install an R-hop, yes, but we do not tune the R-hops. An un-tuned R-hop is almost functionally identical to a flat hop, which pretty much anyone can do.

Hey Melanie, right now the age limit for the field is 10 years old. However, we do allow some exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you think your 9 year old is eligible for an exception, contact the store.

Not really. There is a small box in the back where the techs test customer guns. It's really only good for a function test.
Yes Saturdays and now they're working on sundays being a regular as well. The field is In Graham it's called the battlepark. You can Google it.

Maybe a little bit over that but good things arent cheap and cheap things arent good. You can get a rifle for$ 170, bbs are like $20, a charger and battery will be like $40. But the beauty in the breakdown is that. Once you buy those things you'll be good to go for weeks. Maybe even months until you run out of bbs. and all you'll have to buy is bbs.
Normally, you have to leave the gun. However, there's currently not a back log on guns to be worked on. What is the make and model of the gun you have, and the parts you want us to install?

Great selection of guns and any gear you need and any color. The staff is highly knowledgeable about the best airsoft guns. They will work with you on what platform gun you decide on (i.e. M4, G36, AK, sniper, CQB.)
