On November 10, as a patient at this location, I called this office and reached the receptionist, JENNIFER, and asked about COVID-19 testing sites locally, as this location is not a testing site. She stated she didn't know. Does UNC not provide a list of UNC COVID-19 testing sites to each practice? Does UNC have a COVID-19 helpline that she could have routed/directed me to? With no guidance from my PC office, I called the local health department, the representative told me about 2 sites, one which required appointment and other was drive-thru. I choose drive thru. I asked the COVID-19 tester, how long for results and about quarantine. She told me 72 hours up to 8 days for results. The tester advised me to call PC and get further instructions on whether I should quarantine or not. I called left a brief message with name, number and call before end of business. The assistant to my PCP was not helpful as she ASSUMED I was calling about a referral from Monday(which is a different situation), as I explained the situation she kept interrupting which was frustrating. She became agitated and not wanting to understand me and transferred me to NURSE JEANETTE. Nurse Jeanette was extremely attentive, compassionate, and provided answers that no one else at this facility could or did not want to provide. Along with my PCP, she is a God sent to this facility. If people at this location, aren't interested in caring for people or don't ave compassion for others, my advice is check your heart and ask how you would feel if you or a loved one was treated as they nor their questions did not matter.

Took my 83 yr old grandfather there for a check-up. Office staff / nurse is extremely rude. All about wearing a mask even if your not sick, or just to sit in the lobby. Told me I could put on a mask or sit in the car. I guess they don't believe in the vaccine they are pushing down your throat. Yet there are 4-5 of them sitting around not wearing one. I guess they are like politicians -they have there own set of rules. Place is a joke...

Called late Monday afternoon for a sick visit and was seen early Tuesday. Administration was professional yet compassionate. Only negative experience was getting my frontal lobe probed for a covid test. Was seen by FNP T. Clapp. She is great. Nobody likes going to the doctor when they are sick but the staff here helped ease the burden
