So for the second time someone as stolen my Boyfriend father cell phone! The fact that no one knows nothing is absolutely disgusting! You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the the people you have working there! Disgusting!! This is what you do to your patients! This is how you treat them the staff goes and steals there personal belongings. In less then a month this is the second time this has happened! Let me add the fact that this is how our veterans that fought for this country is being treating is just flat out disrespectful.

My experience since 2016 of this facility has always been that of professionalism, attentiveness, competentcy, and quality. Sometimes I have to wait just a bit, which is nothing compared to the care received. This covers my experiences in: Emergency Care, Primary Care and Mental Healrh.

I recently has to go to the ER for sciatica and much to my surprise everyone was attentive to my needs, there wasn’t a long waiting period. The staff was phenomenal and I’d like to give Dr.Eid a excellent rating, she was attentive and listened to my concerns and understood I was in a lot of pain and did everything to reassure my concerns. Shout out to the Brooklyn Va hospital you rock..

Good enough for government work.
I agree shawn. The parking is seriously tight, where you have to almost contort yourself to get out. The people with nicer cars, I can definitely understand why they take up 2 spots. Dings and dents
The Federal Government is in charge of the Brooklyn VA. The Queens VA at St. Albans is run by the NYS Division of Veterans Affairs.
