RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. If you don't spend a fortune there or don't buy your kubota from them originally they are of no help and very rude. To say I won't spend another penny there would be a huge understatement. It is ridiculous that if you own a kubota of any kind that they won't help you unless you purchased it from them. How ridiculous is that. When I buy a car I can go to any dealership of that brand to get help or service. This place is a disgrace and surely lacking manners and personality. Beware

Very rude over the phone and if you don’t want to buy a new tractor they do not want to help you to fix your old ones. Even if it’s as simple as getting a new belt.
