I went there with little to no voice and a bunch of symptoms leading me to believe I had bronchitis, as I have had it before with the same symptoms. During the over the phone registration, as I was asked to wait in my car with my symptoms, they kept asking me to not explain my symptoms and to just say what they are in 1 or 2 words. I felt unheard about what I was trying to convey about my symptoms. Once entering they did my tests and afterwards, the RN tried to explain to me that I couldn’t be on one of my prescribed medications because I don’t have what it is primarily used for and when I tried to explain why I was on it, she brushed me off as if she didn’t care. Tried to get medicine to help with the symptoms I was experiencing, but had to convince her that it was actually affecting my day-to-day life. Overall, I will never go back and left feeling as if I didn’t get heard in what I was trying to convey.

Thanks for your questions! MedExpress is not scheduling appointments. Once you arrive at your local MedExpress center, please follow the directions on the exterior building signage. Our team will register you from the comfort of your vehicle and bring you into the building when they are ready to treat you. If you do not have a personal vehicle, please let our front office team know and they will be happy to accommodate you safely. The COVID-19 rapid antigen test generally provides results during your visit. Depending on your results and our health care professional’s evaluation of your symptoms, a COVID-19 send-out PCR lab test may also be conducted to provide a more accurate diagnosis. Please note - timing of results may vary due to demand.
Yes, MedExpress offers both COVID-19 rapid antigen and send-out PCR lab tests for travel requirements. In order to ensure you receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking COVID-19-related care at MedExpress will receive an evaluation by a health care professional. This includes those who are seeking testing for various activity requirements. Prior to your visit, please confirm the type of COVID-19 test required for entry into the jurisdiction you are traveling to as the type of COVID-19 test result accepted may vary by jurisdiction. (For example, some jurisdictions may accept a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test result while others require a negative result from a PCR test that is sent to a reference laboratory for testing.)
Hello - MedExpress does not offer the meningococcal vaccine. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
MedExpress is offering COVID-19 evaluations and testing at designated centers to help support our local communities' health care needs amid the pandemic. In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.
