The staff at the Addison make it an exceptional place. We are so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place so close to home.

We were shown compassion, excitement and concern up until we paid over 10k to get my father into The Addison. The first night he fell and broke his femur. We were understanding and the following day tried to talk with staff higher then direct care to make sure a safety plan was in place, no one returned our calls or emails. The second night he fell again and broke his hip this time requiring surgery. Calls and emails went unanswered until days later and the conversation was a defensive one on the part of The Addison ….never a “how is your dad?” or “we are so sorry this happened”. I’d give no stars if I could. Such a sad situation when vulnerable families spend their life savings after making the difficult decision to place their loved ones. Sorely disappointed!
