Have lived in Sevierville for 26 years. I have used A & A several times during the years. I rented a bobcat last week which was more than $200. Over advertised prices. During use a hydraulic fitting fell off. I shut down the bobcat to prevent damage I called A & A and they informed me that someone would be out the next day. I had only 2 hours on the machine and now I only had less than 2 hours. A day after the bobcat was picked up I received a charge for $156. On my CC. No call explaining the charge. I called and they said that the charge was to change the hydraulic fitting. $86 labor and the rest for the fitting. The fitting is $35 on Amazon, so defrauding with their posted prices and charging me for a part and labor on a machine that was abused by other renters. The rear lights were missing and the step to enter was bent and a hazard to use. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ONCE HONEST BUSINESS AGAIN AND URGE ANYONE WANTING TO RENT A TOOL OR OTHER EQUIPMENT LOOK ELSEWHERE !!

I found the service quite good. The price is reasonable. The only detrimental thing I can say about it is this. They work on a rolling 24-hour clock. If you rent at three, it has to be back by 3:00. Other rental places generally allow for the end of the day before they roll over to an additional charge
