Ms Wade should be fired. There is no way that a person who is that rude, disrespectful, dismissive and impatient with people should ever work in public services. She's failed on atleast 4 occasions to show that she is mature and emotionally stable enough to answer phones at this location. It's truly sad that she's been assigned this role at NCWorks. Antonio and Jose have been great! I appreciate you both.
