Avoid any company that says that your hourly pay will be reduced due to attendance. Any company that has this clause 1 has an issue with people not showing up for work which is most likely due to this company employing people to horrible companies with safety and personality issues. This company is set up to rob the hard working and possibly uneducated people in Charlotte. There is an abundance of Staffing agencies out there that DO NOT have this stipulation. Choose wisely people.

The worst staffing agency iev ever been with. They don't care about there workers safty and neglected me when I was being assaulted by a resident,it been several months and the won't even help push the workers comp so I cam pay my bills I don't t know if it's because I'm black they look at me as just another link in the chain that keeps the wheel turning. At first I didn't have an issue with the but when I got Injured everything and everyone was against me like I'm the enemy and I got hurt making them money ,they are not sympathetic they act as if you trying to steal something or lying

This company reduces your pay if you miss one day regardless of the situation. Doesn’t matter how many days you worked, they reduce it to 7.25 and hour even if you communicated with them. I can feel a lawsuit coming against this company quick. You can’t control what happens in life.
