Called Human Resources and someone named Alice answered. There was music blasting in the background. I asked is this the correct number for Human Resources? She said yes it is but I’m on my way to work. Very unprofessional and I heard her struggling to get my information down. Never received a call back. She then transferred me to someone named Carley who failed to answer the phone. Mind you this is at 9:30am. They need to do better with staffing. As a lot of these employees are not very knowledgeable, professional, or mature.
