Great place to go for accurate problems but they need more doctors to cut down on wait time and avoid turning people away.

My wife has a problem with her heart. She has been a patient at this office since it was built. She had her blood work done in advance of her office appointment; and they said that they would notify her when the appointment was set. Two weeks later, she got a letter telling her that she had missed her appointment.?.? She called, they apologized. and gave her an appointment for two weeks later. Meanwhile, because of their "mistakes", she was out of her medication. She called the drug store & requested a refill; they faxed the doctor, bur it's been another week, and the doctor still hasn't replied. Novant is a sad excuse for "family medicine".
