I was overcharged for insurance by Enterprise, reservation was booked through Expedia and insurance was purchased at the time through them. When I arrived to pick up vehicle, I was charged yet again for insurance. Further, I was charged an overdraft fee with my bank, due to overcharge. The regional manager, Joy, whom no longer works there as far as I know, made a veiled threat saying filing complaints online effects ability to make future reservations and my choosing to use a debit card can cause an overdraft fee, disregarding the fact I was overcharged... Unfortunately, Enterprise is the only rental car company in the area, unable to use a different company.
