Last minute travel test was needed. Front desk was great. Took me real quick and made sure what they offer will be good for travel. Between filling the forms, waiting for the empty room, taking test and getting results was barely 30 min. I got exactly what I needed , uploaded on airline website and was able to check in on-line .

I previously wrote a positive review because I had a wonderful experience; the staff were friendly and courteous and the PA who treated me was very knowledgeable. Today, we visited for non covid related reasons and the receptionist was asking some people to take the paperwork to their car to fill out and allowing others to fill it out in the office. Since it was pouring outside, it didn't make sense to ask people to go to their car since everyone was masked. We went outside to fill out our paperwork and didn't really think anything about it because we felt it was a rule for everyone. Turned out, some people were allowed to remain in the office; this was a little weird. When we were asked for our insurance and ID, I provided them and the receptionist asked if it's the same. I asked her, " the same as what? I just gave you my insurance card." She kept adamantly asking if it's the same. When I was taken to the back, I kept thinking of this interaction and asked for her name in case something was off when I got billed; her question was concerning to me. The staff would not tell me her name and when I asked her for her name she refused to give it and said the manager told them not to share their names. The other women in the office also came over and said their manager told them not to share their names. The nurse practices who treated me asked what is wrong and I shared nothing but I am just concerned why I cannot know the staff member's name. This is extremely concerning because they are a healthcare facility; why should they not share their names? Now I'm concerned and will not be going back and neither will my family. I had recommended them but shared my experience with family and friends and let them know to be careful.

Hello Nicke, We do provide Rapid COVID testing at our center. It typically takes no more than 20 minutes. For coverage specifics, please contact your insurance carrier as coverage around COVID testing has changed recently. No appointments are needed for any of our services.
Hello Wendy, We are not an imaging center, therefore we cannot accept a referral. You would need to be seen at our center by one of our providers before an xray is given.
