I've always been an avid gardener and I started coming here several years ago when I lived in Fairmount and had a substantial container garden. I know just about every garden center in a 20 mile radius and when I discovered this place, I was amazed at the variety of plants they have been able to pack into this place. Best of all, I discovered some plants that were completely new to me. Now that I live only a stones throw from this place and am cultivating a large in-ground garden, I frequent this place regularly. This is not where I buy flats of mundane annuals and groundcovers, it's where I go when I'm looking for something special and unique. Lots of variety! Their hosta and fern selection in particular is excellent. I've found plants I haven't seen elsewhere to solve particular problems in my garden. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the hidden location, eventhough it doesn't seem to be as much of a "secret" anymore.:)
