Fine Points

I’m writing about the excellent customer service I received from Fine Points. My husband had open heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and I was in the midst of a knitting project when I ran out of yarn. I was afraid to go out into public spaces because of the risk of Covid, which might be devastating for my husband. Liz, the owner of Five Points,, actually delivered a skein of yarn to my hotel on the Cleveland clinic campus, although it was not on her way and completely extraordinary. In the space of less than 10 minutes, we had a great conversation about everything from knitting to books to kids to life. This random act of kindness was so welcome and unexpected during a time of stress and I will always be grateful. By all accounts, the shop is wonderful and I can attest to the kindness and grace of the people in it.
