This is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. I think the person who gave them a one star just has an axe to grind, there are always crazy people out there, it sounds like he just wanted somebody to be mad at. Had them insulate my basement and it made so much of a difference, am most likely going to have them back to do my attic as well. Very straightforward and timely!

It's been 7 months since Andrew visited my home to provide an estimate for an insulation job and I never received one. I asked if he would wear a mask inside the home as my wife is immuno-compromised and he pulled the bare minimum very light cotton bandana up from around his neck and lowered it as soon as he was in the attic. I can't help but think that he wasn't happy with the fact that we're careful with the health of our household and that's why we didn't get an estimate.
