Fwd Fwd Fwd: Honorable Michael Miller is a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous District Attorney. He has served the County for a number of years. However the lack of "Arrest" & "Justice" in this matter has left witnesses questioning if Public Corruption is involved. District Attorney Michael Miller is difficult to reach at his Marion St office in Shelby NC. You usually are greeted by his receptionist who seems to screen / filter all requests to speak with him. District Attorney Miller is currently said to influenced by hundreds of Cleveland County citizens that are all involved in a conspiracy. To conceal the theft of multi billion dollar trust & inheritance received by former class of 90-91 Crest High School graduate Towery Maurice Burris. Mayor Anthony, Sheriff Alan Norman and Shelby Police Chief Jeff Ledford each provided personnel for security services hired by Burris-Hunt also known as J.B Hunt Jr. But paid officers abruptly quit complaining of irreconcilable differences. Shortly after Burris-Hunt reported to the DA, Law enforcement & local newspaper staff that he was kidnapped and held hostage in multiple homes in Cleveland & Gaston Counties. While unlawfully detained hundreds of millions in cash, vehicles & financial documents including deeds, titles, bonds & life insurance policies were stolen. Deeds being recorded at the County Register of deeds omitting his name. Leading to hundreds of commercial & residential properties being broken into and looted. While widespread mortgage fraud is taking place. This complaint has seemed to be overlooked by the office of District Attorney as very little has been done to resolve the matter.
