I say no stars but that was not an option. I had an appointment but needed to change it to a more suitable time for myself. I made the appointment and received an email confirming the date and time. When I arrived the very rude front desk person informed me I didn't have an appointment. I said yes I do. She then said I could wait until 9: 30, an hour and half, to see if that patient showed up. If they didn't they could then see me. I informed them I took the morning off for this appointment and I worked never come back there again. Mistakes happen but not 1 person said I'm sorry. They only said I was in the wrong. The worst part of the experience was when I left I shut the door hard. The office manager followed me to my car and told me to not slam their door and that the attitude was not necessary. The audacity is beyond me. I never even got to meet the rude doctors everyone keeps talking about. I had to deal with the unprofessional staff.

I personally have been seeing the people In this office for about 5 years since I was told I needed a liver transplant 5 years ago. They have helped me cope with the horrible fears I had and still deal with. I waited 5 long years on the waiting list and many of the staff treated me like family. I finally had my grueling transplant and the recovery was very bad. Dr. Andrea and her assistant Dr. Iris helped me tremendously get through it all. I'm so grateful for the entire staff at Foothills and the true care they give. Thank you Foothills!

I have never been helped in ANY medical setting as much as I have been helped here. If you have any mental health or addiction conditions I can not recommend this place enough. Get your referral to this place now. I am taken seriously. I feel compassion and empathy from these providers. From the receptionists to the Dr and counselor. Never felt any judgement. They're so understanding. My experience here is top tier. I look forward to every appointment it's not something I dread going to. I love this place. I have to specifically credit Taylor, she was the first person I seen and I couldn't be happier. I wish there was something I could do to help her as well because I'm blown away with her kind, empathetic spirit. Linda as well, I've seen her only a couple times and she just keeps it real. She's been very informative to me and again, takes me seriously. My anxiety and depression has taken a big turn around. I'm still on the journey but I've come a long way in a short amount of time with these people. Forget whoever you're seeing for your mental health needs and get referred here now. You won't regret it.

I see some bad reviews here and I'm sure some people have had bad experiences, but I've had nothing but good experiences so far. I was referred by my PCP for an ADHD diagnosis and my appointment was booked for the next month. I had no issues with the appointment, and Dr. Taylor Szucs has been incredibly helpful for me, she's a wonderful psychiatrist and is very thorough with everything I needed to know about starting Adderall XR. She scheduled my next appointment while I was still there,and when I needed to rescheduled it was for the week later with no issues, and she gave me a temporary refill for the time being. I even had a small issue with billing where it was showing that Foothills was out of network for my insurance, which was not the case. The administrator at the front desk called my insurance company personally and got it fixed pretty much immediately. My last appointment she even checked in with me about how my surgery went thyroidectomy) and made sure to inform me that my new thyroid medication and my Adderall need to be taken hours apart.
