Ladies at the front desk and check-in area of the emergency room were more worried about me wearing a mask "properly" than they were about getting me help. I was in extreme pain when I came in and they were extremely rude. I felt like I was being scrutinized because in the moment I just wanted to get help and wasn't worried about whether or not I had that stupid mask on the way they wanted me to. Also took them too long to get me back to a room in my opinion. Once I was actually in a room the nurses and doctor were helpful overall which is the only reason this facility got two stars from me
