Out of chilli that's what we drove there for. Second time going to Wendy's that they have been out of chilli.

A one star rating is reaching at this point. The customer service and overall enjoyment of Wendy's has gone downhill over the years. The employees are always arguing and messing up everyone's orders it's always a scene and stressful going there. Just spent 45 mins in the drive thru because the dinning room is closed. No cars moving, not taking orders. They have written on the wall help us this job sucks we need a raise. It's absolutely ridiculous and trashiest place in town

S L O W - Service was sooooo sloooooow. There was only one lady inside that I could see both cooking and taking orders. They had a huge sign inside the window that said: Help, this place sucks, tell them we need a raise. It appears the owners and management don't care about their employees. I waited nearly 20 minutes. A dozen or so cars left the drive thru. They are losing a ton of business.

They stare at people. Never can get through. People don't want to work. It's really sad that this is what it's come to. Then of you go the shove food at you and can be rude.
I think its because the owner is trying to save money by not having enough people working. I quit going there because it takes a half an hour just to get waited on. And you can't blame the people working there for that. They are trying, but you can only do so much
