I called about their $49. evaluation. Funny is their answering service said they don't take BCBSNC but their office staff says they do. BCBSNC says my copay for a Specialist is $25.00 and $20.00 for a chiropractor. So why overcharge? I'm still waiting for a call back to clarify this. I won't hold my breath. Why do I feel I'm looking for relief and instead I found a scam.
