They called and cancelled on me less than 24 hours before my scheduled job and offered to reschedule me for… 8 days later. I had to scramble to try to find someone to come on very short notice. I called twice to ask for my quote payment to be returned due to their last minute cancellation. Twice I was told that someone from management would contact me. No one ever called me, so then I left this review on google. Shortly thereafter someone finally called me and offered to refund the quote deposit. They apologized and refunded my deposit and explained that I would need to update the review to reflect any developments since my initial review to qualify for the refund. Overall everyone I interacted with was nice and courteous- receptionist, plumber, and customer complaint rep. But it was a lot of hassle for what would have been a simple job. My advice if they cancel on you last minute is to leave a review here since that was the only way I got any traction.

He came here and charged us $249 to replace a fill valve in our toilet. We supplied the parts. He decided the chain was broken because it wasn’t clipped on… and then said we have to replace the full toilet. We had to show him how to clip on the chain. Then he finishes his repair and leaves, and the TOILET HAS NOT STOPPED RUNNING since he left here 6 hours ago. He created more damage than we started with. Knew less than we did from simple YouTube videos and stole our money to make our toilet worse off. Highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your work done.

Adolfo is very good at his job. He is friendly, communicates well, and is knowledgeable and skillful. He did a good job installing the unit. The 3 stars is given due to the poor communications I had with the office staff.
