Well, in the Culinary Arts we have so many diversity in the kitchen, you only go by experience and converse of and student Chef and a In home Chef, I just wish people tell the difference.. please. I like it, not a wide variety.. good quality!

Went back to pick up a new oven mitt. Needed one that could handle 400+ degrees on a cast iron pan. Sales staff searched online to see which of their stock was rated that high. Settled on an Oxo mitt.
