Made appointment for COVID vaccine shots. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment time. Pharmacy representative was completely clueless and not prepared. Had to wait 30 minutes while vaccine was “mixed” and prepared. I would recommend anyone …

Customer service isn’t as good as I expected. It seems they don’t have a robust system for internal communication. I have to go back several times to pick up my medicine because they provide wrong information.
