I was addressed about my reason for coming into the office but I wasn’t even offered a cleaning. That should have been the least I haven’t seen a dentist since 2019. I needed a root canal and the dentist wouldn’t even explain that it was out of her scope, she just sent the pricing lady in which is also the girl in the front desk, who then told me I have to go to another office to get the root canal then come back for the crown. She the dentist didn’t strike me at all as someone who really wanted to do any real work that day. She rather be in her office on the phone. Maybe is why I wasn’t offered a cleaning. Maybe it was the person at the front desk job to do that and not hers idk. This is strange.
