The place is not as clean as I read on other reviews, just ok. Clean beddings, quiet until early morning. On first look bathroom is clean, but not really, the toilet is wobbling, mold in the shower,dust all around, coffee maker is covered in dust,not visible on the picture. Small square pillows. We had standard 2 Queen bedroom, but beds looks smaller,like full, not queen! Room 122. Breakfast was great. Overall, the place needs a deep cleaning.

We came to visit family in the Chattanooga area and were unable to find a room in Chattanooga. We found a hotel in Kimball about 35 minutes west of Chattanooga. When we went to check in, it was nothing like the pictures and description. Their website stated they had a pool and breakfast. The pool was filled in with concrete and there was no place for breakfast. We cancelled our reservation & left. Enter our Best Western experience! We called and found this one had two rooms left with double beds. We asked if it was possible if they had a cot to accommodate us as we had 6 people in our party (2 adults and 4 kids). The manager was very accommodating and offered us a room with two beds and a pull out sofa at the same price, after hearing our dilemma. A life saver in the middle of a very unfortunate experience! The staff were super friendly. The rooms and lobby area clean and presentable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The kids loved their time in the pool. The liens were all clean and without spot. The mattress were a bit more firm than we would have liked, but overall great experience. The hotel is in a great spot right off of I-24, food options close by, fast food and a Cracker Barrel as well as Mexican and Dunkin’ Donuts. Walmart was within walking distance as well.

This is an older Best Western and could use some renovations / room repairs. The bed was a standard coil spring mattress with a topper. Overall, it is a decent hotel, but a bit pricy for a one night stop on a long road trip.

It was OK- We had a couple stains on the sheets and pillows. We also found a couple spiders behind the mattress. It was fine because we were just stopping to sleep for a couple hours on our road trip. Enjoyed the breakfast- lots of options. Otherwise would not recommend this property.
