We came to town for a graduation and chose the Super 8 for location and price. I honestly feel that the price was very acceptable for the town. There is a nice view of the mountains with plenty of natural attractions but the local restaurants are run of the mill. We stayed in a King room on the first floor, the room was clean and had been updated. No signs of any bugs or mildew. The shower had great water pressure and the TV had Spectrum with on demand. The bed was firm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have never made a bad review before, but this hotel was definitely it. I checked in last minute typically I usually stay at a different hotel, but it was full. I have never stayed at a super 8 and I will never again. The pictures online are way different than when I checked in. Staff was not friendly at all. The room smelled awful, there was garbage underneath the chair, the was roach bugs in the bathroom, the bed bug cover was filthy on the bed, and the carpet was not clean it had so many spills on it I literally would not walk in the carpet without my shoes on it was so nasty. There’s nothing good about this hotel at all. I would spend the extra money to go somewhere else. I had to throw my bags out because of the cockroaches and bed bugs because I was worried about transferring them to my car or house. There was nothing good to say about this hotel. I didn’t complain to the staff about the issues I had because they were careless in general there was rarely anyone in the front desk I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes to check in because they were behind on rooms. Do not recommend at all.

Signs on the fence saying they were not responsible for stolen vehicles and made made us nervous. Staff was extremely nice even though they were shorthanded. The handle on the dresser was hanging off. Bed was comfortable. Saw a roach on the ceiling of the bathroom right before we left. Someone's sunglasses were on the floor behind the chair. I always take my own Clorox wipes with me anyway and 24 hour cleaner but it was very clean.

The staff is lazy and mean the hotel is dirty they only clean the rooms no one is in. They falsely advertised a pool. I went up to the front office to complain and he started raising his voice and was about to get in my face overall the only good thing about this hotel is the beds are comfy and the ac works good. The fridge works super good. They apparently don't have to provide room service.
