This hotel has just been totally renovated. It's a great location with several restaurants to choose from nearby. It's only 30 minutes from Chattanooga. But the best part is the staff! They've always been super accommodating and most of them have been here for years. Mr. Moore,that works evening shift,is definitely one of the best in the business! Their southern hospitality makes you feel at home!

Clean room, friendly staff. Some amenities were unavailable due to remodel but weren't needed for this trip. Good breakfast.

We stayed in a newly renovated room that was extremely comfortable. Danny, the first shift front desk manager is kind and sooo helpful. The 3rd shift manager, Lynn needs some customer service training, as she practically accused my husband of lying about not having in iron in our room. However, the breakfast was way more than I expected and fresh. The breakfast attendant was helpful and did an excellent job of making sure everything was fresh and replenished.

Hotel is ongoing a renovation with limited amenities and restricted parking. Pricing has been severely increased lately. Room had been superficially refurbed with a pleasant initial look. Just don’t look too closely or you’ll find what the fresh paint can’t hide. With the renovation ongoing one would have expected a reduced pricing due to the lack of services. If that was the case, what the pricing will be after the renovation I dread to think. This used to be reasonably priced and friendly hotel. Now it appears as a over priced, under staffed location with limited amenities aimed for the visiting north eastern or west coast traveler. With several more reasonable and nice IHG hotels just a few Miles’s away, one can help but think of the little green gecko: “Drive 15 minutes and save 50 bucks!”
